The
exhibition in Seoul entitled “Politics for a New
Past” by curator Beck Jee-sook presented 15
artists and artist groups from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro,
Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia. The project “Distributive
Justice” was presented to the Korean public as an installation
in the space and a web site.
For
the purpose of the exhibition, the organizers created mobile elements
in accordance with the author’s sketches and which were then
donated to a children’s library in Seoul after the exhibition.
The web site was also translated into Korean within the organization
of the exhibition which enabled the total participation of visitors
in all segments of the project.
Discussion:
During the run of the project, a discussion within the space of
the exhibition was also organized on the theme “The
freedom of expression in Korea” which was organized
and moderated by curator Ban E jung from Seoul.
During their nine-day stay in Seoul, Andreja Kuluncic and Ivo Martinovic
interviewed the leaders of the workers’ union in Seoul about
