Andreja Kuluncic's work "Distributive Justice/America" is being presented as part of the "The American Effect" exhibition at the Whitney Museum in New York from July 3 - October 12, 2003.

The aim of the project is to inter-relate and confront different views thus stimulating a critical reflection about the prevailing beliefs about America and its effect upon the world. In this way the work induces a dialog involving - on equal terms - participants and authors of the project, Americans and non-Americans alike. It is based on the methodology used in previous projects and developed by the same team of authors. Additionally, the connection with the Distributive Justice project (still in development) is visible when some parts are used in both works (Online Forum, mailing list, video and DVD interviews).

"Distributive Justice/America" has developed new parts designed to explore "The American effect": a new interactive game on the Internet; new interviews, discussions, and questionnaires with results which will be compared with already collected data. The author, Andreja Kuluncic, developed this work with co-author Ivo Martinovic.
