At the start of the game there is strange, exciting and extremely just figure, Zero. At that very moment all players have got it in their minds and hearts and on the board displaying results. Its a very short moment when hopes, fears and anxieties are fairly "distributed" to all players. The moment of nothing but concentrated tension and will to play. Skills, good shape, advantages, luck, loses and gains, nothing of that is present at the point zero. All that was important before, in previous games and training's, and will be again in this one. But at the zero point we all have a precious opportunity to escape from the past and the future and enjoy in the complete "possession" of Now. Some parts of the project Distributive Justice had passed the starting line last year when our web site was uploaded, some when the first interview was taped (in Sweden)... some at the opening of The Big Torino this April. All these parts are allready "running" and skills, good shape, previous experience are very important! We are happy how many people have expressed their readiness to play and work with us extending the content and elements of the work. The newsletter's printed edition is a new starting line for the authors, editors and participants in the project. Facing the point zero in journalistic genre we are headed to readers curiosity about distributive justice issues raised by the project and everyday life. Your willingness to read, comment, to send suggestions, will be the clear sign for us to continue.
